We work alongside every major promotional company across Northern Ireland. On our register, you get their attention.
We pride ourselves on protecting the safety of all the combat events we cover within NI. We currently cover almost all MMA events, both amateur and professional, as well as Muay Thai and K1.
Our vision is to continue to grow this commission,r keeping fighter safety paramount. We aim to provide all fighters with an online service whereby they can view their own blood results and fight records, including suspensions of combat sports within NI.
Furthermore, we wish to open our services on a not-for-profit basis to all clubs and gyms regarding general health and well-being, mental and sexual health. We pride ourselves on a fantastic record of fighter safety and genuinely believe no one provides even close to the service which we do
We work closely alongside referees and officials as well as the cuts team and, over the years, have built a fantastic rapport.

Our mission is clear. Combat athletes don’t get the medical support they need or deserve for how much they put their bodies on the line for our entertainment. So, we’re changing this at CSSCNI. As a member you will get access to the following:
- Registration to a Medical Commission
- Medical Forms
- Blood Tests
- MRI Scans
- Doctors Directory
- Exposure to Promoters
We equally know and understand that combat athletes don’t get paid nearly enough.. and whilst we can’t change this, what we can do and have done with CSSCNI is make our annual membership fee only £25.
CSSCNI are delighted to be the governance of this sporting event, passing all fighters fit and medically cleared to take part, recording and posting any suspensions issued.
